Developing Android apps requires a deep understanding of the Android platform as well as its design principles and frameworks. These components can be activated through asynchronous communication with the system by an event-driven broadcast mechanism, which is activated by intentions.

The Android OS is divided into layers. Another reason that stops certain apps from working is compatibility. If an app was designed specifically for the US but isn’t compatible with your European device, it will not run and will appear in the Play Store as “incompatible”.
